Excellent support. Had a question about the Section 179 tax deduction and they got back to me right away with clear instructions. The mower itself is a beast.

-
Great cut, slightly bumpy ride
The cut quality is fantastic and the engine is strong. I am giving it 4 stars because the suspension could be a bit softer for really uneven terrain.
-
Cuts great in reverse
I love that I don’t have to engage an override switch to mow backward. It maintains blade speed and leaves a clean cut in reverse.
-
Delivery crate was a pain
The ZT1 is amazing, but getting it unbolted and off the wooden delivery crate was a frustrating process. The machine itself gets 5 stars though.
-
No clumping in wet grass
I had to mow after a rainstorm. The discharge chute throws the wet clippings far and wide, preventing those annoying clumps on the lawn.
-
Flawless cold starts
After sitting in the shed all winter, it fired up on the very first try this spring. You just can’t beat that Kawasaki reliability.
Frequently Asked Questions
Due to the size and weight of our commercial machinery, all orders are shipped via standard LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. The carrier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off window. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery location to inspect and sign for the equipment.
We stand behind the robust construction of our machinery. Our 3-year parts warranty covers any manufacturing defects in major structural components, motors, and factory-installed hardware. It does not cover standard wear-and-tear items such as belts, blades, or tires.
Our dedicated US-based support team is ready to assist you. If you require troubleshooting, installation guidance, or need to order replacement parts, simply reach out to support@usaminiex.com. Include your order number and machine serial number for the fastest service.

This is my first zero-turn and it took about ten minutes to get the hang of it. It turns on a dime and makes navigating around trees so easy.
Sarah T. –
Upgrading to a 54-inch zero turn was the best decision. The ZT1 is fast, responsive, and makes my 2-acre lawn a quick evening chore.
Gary T. –
The open frame design makes blowing off the top of the deck a breeze. Accessing the oil drain and filters is also very straightforward.
Pete V. –
The Hydro-Gear EZT transmissions are totally seamless. No whining noises and the power delivery is incredibly smooth.
Wayne Q. –
The mower works perfectly, but the owner’s manual could be a bit clearer on how to initially align the steering lap bars.
Greg T. –
I manage a few large properties and this mower takes a beating every single week. The frame stays rigid and the engine hasn’t skipped a beat.
Carl U. –
The massive 20-inch rear tires provide incredible grip. I haven’t spun a tire yet, even when doing zero-degree turns on damp grass.
Pat L. –
It costs a bit more than the big-box store models, but the upgrade in comfort, speed, and durability makes it absolutely worth the investment.
Will S. –
The rear tires provide excellent grip on my hills. The mower feels very stable and safe, even when the morning dew is still on the grass.
Nick P. –
Because I finish mowing in a fraction of the time, I actually end up using less gas per week than I did with my smaller 42-inch tractor.
Charlie R. –
Southern grass can be incredibly tough, but this V-Twin engine chops right through it at top speed. Very satisfied with the power.
Jose C. –
It disperses the grass clippings so evenly that you can barely even see them on the lawn. Very happy with the deck design.
Dennis L. –
This mower is rugged. It rides smooth on straightaways and powers through the rough patches of my back lot without a single rattle.
Zach Z. –
The placement of the lap bars, throttle, and ignition is perfect. My arms don’t get fatigued at all, even after long mowing sessions.
Rich B. –
I have lower back issues, but the premium seat on the ZT1 gives great support. I can mow for 2 hours and feel completely fine afterwards.
James P. –
The fabricated deck is incredibly tough. I accidentally clipped a hidden root and the 11-gauge steel didn’t even flinch. Very impressed.
Ben F. –
It is a heavy machine, so if your yard is really soggy after a rainstorm, it can leave slight tire depressions. I just wait for it to dry out.
Brian R. –
The AeroForce deck leaves no stragglers behind. I used to have to double-cut the thick patches, but this handles it perfectly on the first pass.
Chris H. –
It cuts beautifully and the ground speed is impressive. It is quite loud, so I recommend wearing good ear protection while operating it.
Kevin L. –
I bought the ‘P’ model specifically for the Kawasaki V-Twin and it does not disappoint. Turn the key and it purrs. Very reliable machine.
Anthony G. –
I often mow after work as the sun is going down. The dual LED headlights are super bright and actually light up the cutting path well.
Michelle D. –
I look forward to mowing now. The steering lap bars are smooth and the whole machine feels very responsive. Great purchase.
David W. –
You can tell the tubular steel frame is commercial grade. It doesn’t flex at all on my sloped yard. Highly recommend it.
Jeremy G. –
It’s a very sharp-looking machine sitting in the garage. The yellow and black tubular frame gives it a very rugged, industrial look.
Doug N. –
I neglected my back lot for a month and it was overgrown. The ZT1 knocked it down easily on the highest deck setting.
Jeff F. –
I have a long, sweeping hill in my front yard. The low center of gravity keeps the mower planted, and I never feel like it’s going to tip.
Ed P. –
It’s a great machine and cuts perfectly, but I do feel a slight vibration in the control arms when I have the throttle pushed all the way forward.
Ray Y. –
My deck was slightly off out of the box, but the manual’s instructions were clear. Two minutes with a wrench and it was cutting perfectly flat.
Steve M. –
The seat is comfortable, but for the price, it really should come with armrests standard instead of them being an optional add-on.
Alan B. –
The 23HP Kawasaki engine is a total game changer. It cuts through thick, tall grass effortlessly without bogging down. Best mower I have ever owned.
Andy J. –
The 54-inch width means I take way fewer passes. I finished my yard in 45 minutes instead of my usual hour and a half.
Tyler W. –
The mower is fantastic, but the translucent fuel tank under the seat is hard to see clearly in bright daylight. A minor annoyance on a great mower.
Adam J. –
The mower cuts flawlessly, but the hose hookup for washing the deck undercarriage doesn’t get all the caked-on grass off. I still have to scrape it.
Henry A. –
I’m 68 years old and needed something comfortable. The foot-operated deck lift and the padded seat make this mower a joy to use.
Aaron M. –
The sheer weight of the mower and deck lays down a beautiful, professional-looking stripe pattern on the lawn without needing a separate kit.
Tom B. –
Adjusting the deck height with the dial and foot pedal is so much better than fighting with a heavy hand lever. Very user-friendly design.
Albert X. –
I’ve already convinced two of my neighbors to buy one. The combination of speed, power, and cut quality is just unbeatable for the price.
Scott E. –
The deck sticks out just far enough past the wheels that I can mow right up against my chainlink fence, saving me a ton of trimming time.
Ken B. –
At 7.5 mph, it absolutely flies across the straight sections of my yard, yet the cut remains perfectly level and clean.
Paul V. –
Getting a fabricated deck and a Kawasaki engine at this price point is a steal. It outperforms my neighbor’s much more expensive mower.
Ryan K. –
The heavy-duty caster wheels and the thick paint job show that Cub Cadet really cared about the details on the Ultima series.
Jason C. –
I added the bagger system and the airflow from the 54-inch deck picks up every single leaf in my yard. My lawn looks immaculate.
Larry I. –
I researched for months before buying. For a 54-inch cut with a Kawasaki engine, this is undoubtedly the best value on the market.
Justin H. –
The dampeners on the lap bars make the controls feel incredibly smooth. It’s not jerky at all, making it very easy for beginners to learn.
Dan P. –
It handles thick brush with zero issues, but the 23HP engine goes through fuel a bit faster than my old riding tractor. Still worth it for the time saved.
Frank N. –
After sitting in the shed all winter, it fired up on the very first try this spring. You just can’t beat that Kawasaki reliability.
Matt S. –
I had to mow after a rainstorm. The discharge chute throws the wet clippings far and wide, preventing those annoying clumps on the lawn.
Eric D. –
The ZT1 is amazing, but getting it unbolted and off the wooden delivery crate was a frustrating process. The machine itself gets 5 stars though.
Brad O. –
I love that I don’t have to engage an override switch to mow backward. It maintains blade speed and leaves a clean cut in reverse.
