1. Warranty Scope & Duration

ironMowers Shop provides a 3-Year Limited Parts Warranty on all new commercial diesel mowers, heavy machinery, and turf attachments. This warranty period begins on the confirmed date of delivery to your location.

This is strictly a parts-only warranty. ironMowers Shop is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any labor costs, mechanic fees, towing expenses, or lost business revenue associated with the diagnosis, removal, or installation of warranty parts.

2. The Maintenance Log Requirement

Commercial equipment requires strict adherence to maintenance schedules. To keep this warranty active and valid, the buyer must maintain a documented service log.

If a major component (such as the engine or hydraulic system) fails, you will be required to provide proof of routine maintenance, including but not limited to:

  • Timely engine oil and filter changes.
  • Hydraulic fluid checks and replacements.
  • Air filter cleaning and replacement.

3. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. It explicitly does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Belts, blades, tires, batteries, fuses, bearings, brake pads, and cosmetic paint chipping.
  • Misuse & Abuse: Operating the equipment beyond its stated weight capacity, improper storage, or using the machinery for applications outside its intended design.
  • Improper Fuel/Fluids: Damage caused by using incorrect fuel (e.g., standard gasoline in a diesel engine) or contaminated fluids.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations, bypassing of safety switches, or installation of aftermarket parts not approved by ironMowers Shop.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims are processed directly through our Kent, WA warehouse. To file a claim, please follow these steps:

  • Email our warranty department at support@ironmowers.com.
  • Include your original Order Number and the Serial Number of the machine.
  • Provide a detailed written description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defective part or failure.

Part Replacement Process

Once a defect is verified by our technicians, we will ship the replacement part to you free of charge. In certain instances, we may require the defective part to be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection before a replacement is dispatched.
