1. The 30-Day Return Window

At ironMowers Shop, we stand behind the quality of our commercial equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the strict commercial conditions outlined below.

2. The “Unopened & Unused” Condition Requirement

Due to the heavy-duty nature of commercial machinery, mowers, and attachments, we enforce a strict condition policy for all returns. To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The equipment must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The unit must remain secured to its original wooden shipping pallet and enclosed in its original crating or shrink-wrap.

Non-Returnable Items

Once a machine has been removed from its original pallet, had diesel or oil added to the engine/hydraulics, or has been operated or mounted in any capacity, it is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for fueled or operated machinery.

3. Restocking Fees & Return Freight Costs

Because returning heavy machinery involves significant logistical labor and commercial freight coordination, all accepted buyer-remorse returns are subject to the following deductions:

  • 20% Restocking Fee: A flat 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover warehouse handling, inspection, and inventory processing.
  • Return Freight Costs: The customer is 100% responsible for arranging and paying for the return LTL freight to our Kent, WA warehouse. Original outbound shipping costs (even if promotional “Free Shipping” was offered) are non-refundable and will also be deducted from your final refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns arriving at our warehouse without an RMA will be refused and sent back at the buyer’s expense.

  • Email our support team at support@ironmowers.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your original Order Number, the serial number of the unit, and clear, well-lit photos proving the machine is still strapped to its original pallet in unused condition.
  • Once approved, we will issue your RMA number along with the specific warehouse dock address for your freight carrier.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned equipment arrives at our distribution center, our technicians will perform a thorough inspection to verify it has not been operated, fueled, or damaged.

If the equipment passes inspection, we will process your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and any original outbound freight costs) to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to fully clear and appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
