We know that premium equipment is a significant investment. During checkout, you may see options for third-party financing (such as Affirm, Klarna, or standard credit providers) depending on your region and eligibility, allowing you to break your purchase into manageable monthly payments.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Premium Shipping on all major equipment orders. There are no hidden freight fees or surprise surcharges at checkout.
Because of the size and weight of our equipment, mowers are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

The freight dispatcher will contact you by phone to schedule a specific delivery appointment.

Your delivery includes a complimentary Liftgate Service. The driver will lower the crated mower safely from the truck to the ground at the curb or the end of your driveway.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once picked up by the freight carrier, transit times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Assembly & Setup
Your mower will arrive securely crated to prevent transit damage. It is mostly assembled, but requires a few simple final steps:

Uncrating the machine.

Attaching the steering lap bars (on zero-turn models) or the steering wheel.

Connecting the battery cables.

Checking and adding the appropriate oil and fuel. (Always consult the included user manual for your specific model before starting the engine).
We use top-tier freight carriers, but accidents occasionally happen. Please inspect your crate thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If you see visible damage to the machine, note it on the driver’s receipt, refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately so we can dispatch a replacement.
Warranty & Returns
Yes! All major equipment we sell comes with the manufacturerβs standard warranty (typically 3 years for residential use). If you ever need warranty service, you can take your machine to any local authorized dealer for your brand (e.g., a local Cub Cadet service center), and they will handle the repairs under warranty.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Because this is heavy machinery, the equipment must be unused, free of any gasoline or oil, and in its original crating. Due to the massive cost of freight, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a standard restocking fee may apply. Once a mower has been fueled and used, it cannot be returned and must be serviced under the manufacturer’s warranty.
